What you'll do

• Develop ICU and ED orientation pathways
• participate in hospital-wide new employee orientation
• conduct in-services on sepsis, stroke, STEMI, and trauma protocols
• lead mock-code drills
• oversee competency validation and skills fairs
• train staff in ventilator management, titratable drips, and hemodynamic monitoring
• monitor compliance benchmarks
• support performance improvement
• maintain education and accreditation records.
