The internship supports Safran Trusted 4D’s engineering team, which develops resilient positioning, navigation, and timing technology and manufactures synchronization clocks and GNSS simulators. The intern contributes to product and software development by designing and enhancing features, testing products, analyzing issues, and documenting results. The work supports reliable positioning and timing systems used in defense and commercial applications.

What you'll do

• Work with the Engineering Team to design, develop, and enhance product features for GPS-based and alternative PNT time-synchronization equipment and software
• code in the embedded Linux stack using languages such as C, PHP, Python, HDL, or Golang according to experience
• test products, features, and software releases
• devise and perform tests and experiments
• analyze results and prepare reports and recommendations
• debug problem reports and design fixes
• collaborate with global cross-functional teams.
