The role coordinates engineering and cross-functional teams, manages program financials and suppliers, and serves as the primary contact for assigned U.S. Government national security customers.

What you'll do

• Lead programs from concept through qualification, responsive production, and flight
• manage multiple programs and technical trade-offs
• develop engineering teams and leaders
• own program forecasts, budgets, revenue, and margin milestones
• manage subcontracts and suppliers
• coordinate hardware, software, GNC, and mission assurance teams
• serve as primary contact for assigned U.S. Government national security customers
• support proposals and technical narratives.
