What you'll do

• Support onboarding and orientation
• coordinate training
• respond to employee questions
• enter HRIS data
• train employees and managers on HRIS
• maintain I-9 files and employee records
• assist with leaves, benefits, wellness fairs, and open enrollment
• process workers’ compensation claims
• schedule interviews
• support reports and projects.
