What you'll do

• Develop and execute North American commercial strategy
• lead sales directors and business development managers
• shift sales toward consultative, value-based approaches
• own order intake, revenue, gross margin, forecasting, and pipeline development
• grow recurring service and consumables revenue
• establish sales processes and CRM discipline
• improve opportunity management and forecast reliability
• coordinate with Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Finance
• provide board-level reporting and recommendations.
