What you'll do

• Review and process vendor invoices
• coordinate discrepancies with purchasing, receiving, and vendors
• support payment runs and AP records
• prepare customer invoices and support cash application
• assist with collections and customer inquiries
• reconcile accounts
• prepare basic journal entries and schedules under supervision
• support month-end close
• coordinate shipping and receiving paperwork
• maintain accurate records and internal controls.
