What you'll do

• Manage administrative tasks for active subrogation and insurance recovery cases
• respond to inquiries about claims, liens, coverage, and documentation
• communicate with attorneys, adjusters, claim representatives, and carriers
• send lien notices and follow up on materials
• organize and route documents
• maintain case notes and logs
• track reimbursement payments and escalate delays.
