Memory Care Caregiver

The Memory Care Caregiver role is onsite in Moorpark, CA, with compensation of $19.00–$22.75 per hour. What you'll do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, mobility, transfers, and mealtime service
• respond to call systems and resident requests
• observe, document, and report changes in residents’ physical, cognitive, or emotional condition
• provide light housekeeping related to resident care
• encourage independence and community participation
• offer companionship
• follow community policies, infection-control practices, resident rights, and confidentiality standards.
