Apartment Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Prepare apartments for new move-ins
• respond to resident service requests
• perform preventive maintenance
• troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and carpentry issues
• complete drywall, painting, door, lock, and fixture repairs
• inspect amenities and common areas
• assist with snow removal and ice management
• participate in a rotating emergency on-call schedule
• maintain work orders and records
• coordinate with vendors and contractors.
