What you'll do

• Own all outbound shipments for assigned clients and order streams.
• Oversee picking, staging, and final verification of outbound orders.
• Perform final quality checks to confirm order accuracy, quantities, and labeling.
• Ensure orders ship on the correct day using the correct carrier and service level.
• Complete and verify all outbound shipping documentation (BOLs, packing lists, labels).
• Serve as the primary escalation point for outbound order issues or exceptions.
• Partner closely with Customer Success to resolve order discrepancies and client inquiries.
• Monitor and drive on-time shipping and outbound accuracy KPIs.
• Support value-added services as required (kitting, labeling, special packaging).
• Operate forklifts and assist with picking/staging as needed.
• Enforce safety, process, and quality standards across outbound operations.
• Act as a floor leader, setting expectations and holding the team accountable.
