What you'll do

• Ensure compliance with agency and state requirements
• complete and review program records and reports
• oversee client nutrition, individual habilitation plans, health care coordination, and medication documentation
• supervise staff coverage, training, and evaluations
• maintain a safe and orderly home
• coordinate activities, transportation, family contacts, and meetings
• monitor household funds and program budget
• serve on call during off hours for emergencies
• work one evening, one weekend day, and one overnight per month for staff supervision.
