Special Processing / Finishing Technician

The Special Processing / Finishing Technician works onsite in Mentor, OH, on first shift. Compensation is $20–$23 per hour. Aegis Manufacturing & Engineering finishes precision-machined medical devices to customer specifications. The role performs finishing and related production steps on precision components, following specifications, safety practices, and quality expectations so finished products can be checked and prepared for shipment.

What you'll do

• Follow standard operating, manufacturing, and documentation practices
• perform laser etching using Visual Laser Marker software
• ultrasonically clean, blast, tumble, and passivate components
• assemble components
• box products and apply labels
• follow safety rules and 5S expectations
• inspect finished products and identify items for rework as appropriate.
