The Program Director role is onsite in Gill, MA, with a Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule and a rotating on-call schedule. Salary is $50,079–$52,139 per year. ServiceNet’s residential program supports people with developmental disabilities and brain injuries in living safe, meaningful lives at home and in the community. The director helps launch and operate the program, overseeing staff, licensing, individual welfare and safety, and individualized goals and plans. The role coordinates coverage and team reviews while supporting positive behavior strategies and appropriate daily activities.

What you'll do

• Assist with program startup, including setting up the residence, furnishing, hiring staff, and program development
• oversee program operations and licensing
• teach and model staff techniques
• oversee individuals’ daily welfare, safety, services, activities, and money management
• respond to crises through the rotating on-call system
• arrange staff coverage
• participate in team and individual plan reviews
• develop individualized goals, behavior plans, and safety plans
• hold program meetings
• maintain agency certifications.
