Cultivation Technician

What you'll do

• Daily plant care including watering, feeding, transplanting, pruning, and trellising.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas following sanitation and PPE requirements.
• Support harvest and trim operations including bucking, sorting, and drying.
• Perform room checks for pests, mold, or nutrient stress.
• Complete required logs and documentation accurately.
• Follow all SOPs and compliance procedures.
