The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Team Lead – Home Care is an onsite, full-time role in Bedford, TX, paying $19–$21 per hour. What you'll do

• Serve as a point of contact when new clients start, caregivers need support, or client situations require extra attention
• bridge communication among clients, caregivers, and office leadership
• help ensure care runs smoothly throughout the service area
• step in when urgent client or staffing needs arise
• support clients with transfers and assistance as needed
• use smartphones and electronic documentation systems.
