Managing Director, AI Solutions Architecture

The Managing Director, AI Solutions Architecture role is based flexibly across CFGI offices, with travel as required. Compensation is not specified. As the practice's senior technical authority and a player-coach, the managing director leads technical assessments, turns findings into scoped roadmaps, and delivers early client builds. The role also establishes delivery standards and builds the engineering team to support the practice's growth.

What you'll do

• Lead technical assessments of data, architecture, tooling, and security
• translate findings into buildable roadmaps and scoped statements of work
• design and ship early client AI builds
• define technical delivery methods and standards
• own platform depth across Claude Enterprise, Claude Code, Cowork, MCP integration, and related tools
• hire and coach AI and data engineers
• quality-assure builds
• support client pursuits as technical authority.
