What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• support meal service, feeding, and hydration
• monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
• provide companionship and emotional support
• document care and follow care plans
• maintain a clean, safe, comfortable environment
• respond to call lights and resident needs
• collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team members.
