What you'll do

• Lead customer quality escalations, root-cause investigations, corrective actions, audits, and performance reviews
• oversee quality engineering for SMT, Through-Hole, Box Build, Functional Test, and Final Inspection
• drive defect reduction and yield improvement
• maintain quality-system compliance and oversee audits and CAPA
• monitor quality metrics
• lead and develop quality teams
• lead Lean Six Sigma and other improvement projects.
