What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, eating, hydration, and hygiene
• measure and record vital signs
• observe and report changes in physical or mental condition
• provide medication reminders and basic healthcare tasks under licensed staff supervision
• encourage social activities
• maintain a safe environment and follow infection-control procedures
• respond to emergencies as needed.

Why this role

High school diploma or GED and completion of a state-approved CNA training program are required. Active state CNA certification is required; CPR and First Aid certification are preferred. The role includes lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 pounds.
