Job overview
The Building Maintenance Mechanic is an onsite role based in Sussex, WI. This position supports the maintenance team at Quad. This role exists to perform skilled mechanical maintenance work on building and print production support equipment. The mechanic maintains plumbing, piping, HVAC, and refrigeration systems, and performs grounds maintenance and snow removal to ensure facility operations.
What you'll do
- Perform repair and maintenance on recycling systems, HVAC, refrigeration, air compressors, and industrial vacuum pumps.
- Maintain building control systems, chillers, and water softeners.
- Perform grounds maintenance and snow removal.
- Repair overhead doors, fire doors, and dock equipment.
- Perform sheetrock maintenance and painting.
