What you'll do

• Manage a caseload of 100–200 special education claims
• prepare for and/or litigate complex cases
• represent the client in administrative hearings, pre-hearing conferences, and settlement negotiations
• navigate procedural requirements and comply with education laws and regulations
• prepare and review filings, agreements, and reports
• negotiate claims with parents, advocacy groups, and opposing counsel
• collaborate with specialists and attorneys
• analyze case law, gather evidence, and evaluate settlement demands.
