What you'll do

• Prepare and portion food and assigned items for regular and therapeutic diets according to planned menus and production sheets
• follow recipes and menu cycles prepared by the Registered Dietitian
• cook or prepare meals in batches to maintain freshness and proper temperatures
• assist with instruction on food preparation, garnishing, and presentation
• supervise servers with food preparation, cleaning, and storage of supplies and equipment.
