What you'll do

• Advise on the U.S. government contracting lifecycle
• draft, review, and negotiate government and commercial agreements
• advise on contractual risk and supply chain matters
• support trade compliance, export controls, sanctions, and internal compliance programs
• assist with corporate governance, M&A, and financing
• advise HR and Recruiting on employment matters
• manage outside counsel
• improve legal processes and contract workflows.
