The designer leads product design from discovery through launch, aligning stakeholders around user needs and delivering efficient, scalable workflows. Through research, design craft, human factors work, and close partnership with Product, Engineering, QA, and Clinical teams, the role supports product adoption, customer experience, and safe, compliant implementation.

What you'll do

• Lead design projects from discovery through launch
• facilitate stakeholder alignment
• design efficient, scalable, low-error workflows
• apply information architecture, interaction, and visual design
• contribute to and use the design system
• partner with Engineering and QA on feasible implementation
• advise Product Management, Engineering, and Clinical teams
• conduct user research and map workflows
• perform regulatory-compliant human factors activities and usability evaluations
• communicate design findings and impact.
