What you'll do

• Handle U.S. and international trademark clearance, counseling, and prosecution
• review trademark search results
• prepare substantive responses to USPTO office actions
• advise on portfolio development and protection strategies
• handle enforcement and dispute resolution, cease-and-desist letters, domain disputes, UDRP and TTAB proceedings
• counsel on branding, advertising, social media, and copyright matters.
