What you'll do

• Inspect, diagnose, maintain, and repair used vehicles
• test-drive vehicles and inspect engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, electrical, steering, and air-conditioning systems
• use diagnostic, power, and hand tools
• communicate additional repair needs and time estimates to Service Advisors
• perform reconditioning and preventive maintenance
• maintain accurate work records
• stay current on vehicle technology and OEM specifications
• collaborate with teammates
• and follow safety, environmental, and dealership procedures.
