Overhead Electrical Construction Foreman

The Overhead Electrical Construction Foreman role is onsite in McAllen, TX, with travel required 100% of the time and at a moment’s notice. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Lead and direct crews to support safe, efficient, quality operations
• work with the General Foreman on worker, equipment, and material requirements and look-ahead schedules
• ensure work follows activity schedules and project specifications
• monitor site safety and progress
• secure tools and materials
• assist workers with construction or extraction activities
• request timely equipment repairs
• assist with worker training
• support General Foremen and Project Managers
• contribute to recruiting and personnel actions through the General Foreman
• maintain customer relationships.

Why this role

Requires at least five years working on or around energized high-voltage primary electric links (7.2 kV minimum), a valid CDL-B, and 100% travel availability. CDL-A and lineman apprenticeship or technical training are desired.
