What you'll do

• Lead strategic development and operational performance of assigned service lines
• assess competitive conditions and opportunities or risks
• partner with strategy, business development, regional network, communications, and physician liaisons
• develop systems, processes, and controls
• assess care efficacy, safety, quality, and cost
• benchmark performance
• implement Lean-based operational improvements
• coordinate with clinical leaders, the Research Institute, and Foundation.
