What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of 10–20 enterprise accounts
• drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells
• identify new opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
• advise senior Insights, Analytics, and Marketing leaders
• develop account plans
• lead commercial negotiations
• collaborate with Customer Success, Research, and Product
• represent Knit at conferences and client events
• maintain pipeline, forecasts, and documentation.
