What you'll do

• Manage the accounts payable cycle and invoice processing
• ensure departmental coding and approval workflows
• reconcile vendor statements and parts purchase invoices
• coordinate payment timing with the Controller
• prevent duplicate or unauthorized payments
• monitor flooring interest invoices
• support audits and month-end close
• process payments
• maintain transaction records
• and resolve vendor billing issues.
