What you'll do

• Develop electrical layout drawings, panel designs, and wiring diagrams for generator enclosures and associated systems
• create conduit and load center layouts that comply with applicable codes and standards
• use AutoCAD or SolidWorks to produce buildable designs
• collaborate with mechanical design and manufacturing teams on documentation packages
• apply NEC, UL508A, UL891, and UL1558 requirements
• prepare bills of materials and support panel and wiring integration
• review customer specifications and participate in design reviews and quality checks.

Why this role

Degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred; equivalent hands-on experience is strongly considered. Emergency power systems or generator enclosure experience and power generation, backup systems, or switchgear experience are required.
