What you'll do

• Oversee engineering and/or surveying groups
• provide training, mentoring, technical and administrative guidance
• manage projects and operations for compliance with specifications, safety, and quality standards
• develop relationships with TxDOT and municipalities
• support proposals and qualifications statements
• assist with roadway and multimodal plan production
• support workforce planning, billing, and report and map review
• and manage the division’s profitability and growth.
