What you'll do

• Develop and execute fleet acquisition, lifecycle management, and disposal strategies
• maintain the central equipment inventory record
• manage budgeting, cost control, and lease-versus-buy analysis
• negotiate and manage manufacturer, supplier, and service-provider relationships
• lead and mentor equipment directors, managers, and staff
• oversee hiring, performance management, and development
• establish business-unit goals and ensure accountability
• maintain compliance with company policies and employment laws.
