Industrial Casting Operator – Second Shift

The Industrial Casting Operator – Second Shift role is onsite in Fremont, OH, in the Manufacturing department. Pay is $23.55–$26.42 per hour. The role supports manufacturing output by setting up and operating casting equipment, monitoring production, and ensuring parts meet specifications and quality requirements. It also contributes to safe, orderly production through inspections, documentation, troubleshooting, and equipment care.

What you'll do

• Set up, shut down, monitor, and adjust machine operations
• complete equipment changeovers
• produce alloyed grids
• inspect parts and perform statistical process control checks for weight and thickness
• identify and control nonconforming products
• label, palletize, and store parts
• perform light maintenance and troubleshooting
• follow safety and environmental procedures
• complete records and housekeeping.
