The Home Health Aide / CNA / CMT role is an onsite, part-time position in Owings Mills, MD, paying $16–$18 per hour. Nest Home Care provides one-on-one care in patients’ homes. The aide follows patient care plans, assists with daily activities and personal care, maintains a safe home environment, records care and observations, and supports patients’ engagement and well-being. The role contributes to personalized care and continuity by communicating patient needs and changes to a supervisor.

What you'll do

• Assist patients with transfers and mobility
• change bed linens, do laundry, clean the home, and assist with personal care
• maintain records of care, condition, progress, and problems
• report observations to a supervisor
• converse with or read aloud to patients
• give medications and immunizations
• engage patients in exercises or other activities.
