What you'll do

• Support an inclusive classroom and welcoming family relationships
• respond to children's developmental and learning needs, including following IEPs and behavioral plans as directed
• assist with curriculum and classroom routines
• communicate with families and coworkers
• follow safety, supervision, and licensing procedures
• document and report incidents
• attend required meetings and training.

Why this role

Schedules may vary with enrollment, staffing ratios, and operational needs; shifts are not guaranteed to be eight hours. An associate or bachelor's degree in early childhood education is preferred but not required if state licensing requirements are met.
