What you'll do

• Assist with apartment make-ready work and unit preparation
• help prepare vacant apartments for move-in
• perform property cleanup and groundskeeping
• pick up trash and debris
• maintain breezeways, common areas, and grounds
• assist the maintenance team with basic porter and make-ready tasks
• complete additional cleanup duties as assigned.
