Job overview

The Cook role is an onsite, part-time position in Pierre, SD, with shifts of either 5 AM–2 PM or 1 PM–9 PM. The schedule requires working every other weekend and every other holiday. What you'll do

• Prepare large-volume meals according to recipes and residents’ dietary needs
• ensure residents receive appropriate food items for each meal
• record food and equipment temperatures
• follow food-safety practices and maintain a safe dining experience.
