What you'll do

• Schedule appointments and assist walk-ins for PIV card activations, enrollments, certificate updates, and PIN resets
• respond to phone and email inquiries
• verify applicant identities and collect required documentation and biometric data
• validate documents and information
• protect sensitive data
• explain enrollment steps and provide customer service
• maintain enrollment records and tracking spreadsheets
• follow relevant policies and participate in training
• attend local hiring events as business needs require.
