What you'll do

• Set department goals and policies

• ensure legal and accreditation compliance
• investigate critical incidents and manage risks
• direct recruitment, hiring, training, and performance evaluation of clinical staff
• manage the department budget
• collaborate with medical, mental health, and correctional staff
• monitor site and company policy compliance and take corrective action.
