Product Manager, Access Technologies

Job overview

The Product Manager, Access Technologies role is an onsite, full-time position in Tysons Corner, VA. Compensation is $90,000–$130,000 per year. The role supports PointCentral’s Enabling Technologies team and its smart property platform for rental communities. This position owns the unified community access platform’s product lifecycle, translating customer and market needs into a roadmap that makes property access seamless, secure, and scalable. It also coordinates with engineering, technology partners, customers, and revenue teams to support product delivery and adoption.

What you'll do

• Own the access platform roadmap and product development lifecycle
• build expertise in access hardware, communication protocols, and emerging standards
• conduct customer and competitive research
• use AI tools to accelerate product work
• maintain technology partner relationships
• support strategic customer and executive engagements
• contribute to beta testing, technical documentation, training, and internal enablement
• collaborate with revenue teams on prospect qualification, sales, onboarding, and support
• track rental real estate trends.
