What you'll do

• Own end-to-end hiring strategy for research, clinical, and laboratory roles
• partner with R&D, lab directors, and clinical operations to define staffing needs
• translate scientific and operational requirements into role definitions
• plan hiring around research milestones, trial timelines, and lab capacity
• design role-specific interview frameworks and technical evaluations
• coordinate with scientists and clinical leaders
• align hiring practices with applicable GxP, IRB, FDA, trial, laboratory safety, and quality requirements
• collaborate with HR and talent acquisition on pipelines
• track hiring timelines and outcomes
• improve hiring processes for speed, quality, and fairness.
