• Prepare food for residents, guests, and employees according to planned menus and standard recipes
• plate food using portion and garnishing guidelines
• ensure adequate preparation and report shortages
• monitor freshness, cooking status, and seasoning
• stock and clean the station
• follow food rotation policies
• maintain kitchen equipment and work areas
• follow sanitation and safety practices
• support positive interactions with residents and guests.
