Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite and center-based in Alpharetta, GA. Pay is $22–$24 per hour, with stated advancement opportunities that can raise pay to $26 per hour. Atlanta Autism Center provides applied behavior analysis services at its center. The role supports clients with autism and works in coordination with families and other professionals under onsite BCBA supervision.

What you'll do

• Provide ABA therapy in one-to-one or small-group settings
• implement skill acquisition and individualized treatment plans
• carry out behavior reduction and support plans
• maintain client records and data
• ensure a safe, clean, engaging environment
• collaborate with families and professionals
• follow company policies and BACB ethical guidelines
• report abuse or neglect incidents
• participate in training and professional development.
