What you'll do

• Support freight audit and payment processes
• research invoice discrepancies and coding exceptions
• prepare freight spend reports, accrual support, forecasts, variance analyses, and savings tracking. Maintain invoice aging reports and coordinate issue resolution. Develop transportation dashboards, KPIs, carrier scorecards, and 3PL reporting
• analyze shipment, carrier, lane, mode, customer, and accessorial data
• support carrier reviews and quarterly business reviews. Support transportation projects, maintain project documentation and SOPs, assist with exception management, and recommend process improvements. Travel up to 10%.
