The Senior Pastor — Fellowship Alliance Chapel is an onsite role in Medford, NJ, with stated annual compensation of $100,000–$150,000. Fellowship Alliance Chapel is a multigenerational congregation whose mission is to help more people live Jesus-centered and missionally engaged lives. The Senior Pastor provides spiritual and organizational leadership for the congregation, working with the elders and staff to guide ministry, teaching, and the church’s next season. The role also supports stewardship and future debt-reduction and giving efforts in partnership with the elder board and financial committee.

What you'll do

• Lead the church in its next season of ministry

• manage staff and organizational development
• partner with elders and the financial committee on stewardship, debt reduction, and giving campaigns.
