What you'll do

• Prepare and type residential appraisal reports
• review reports for accuracy and compliance
• schedule inspections and appointments
• research zoning, land use, permits, and public records
• collect and verify comparable sales and market data
• drive to properties for photographs and inspection support
• maintain files and communicate with clients, lenders, attorneys, and homeowners.
