What you'll do

• Perform duties of medical technical staff, including technicians and assistants
• schedule and supervise assigned department staff
• support patient-care standards and department efficiency
• maintain medical record-keeping and billing processes
• collect and process work charts
• assist with entering inpatient charges and procedures
• ensure invoices are sent
• process payments and monthly statements
• resolve escalated client financial issues and assist with accounts receivable monitoring
• prepare invoice or statement copies
• lead, mentor, train, and develop veterinary technicians and assistants.
