Working Foreman — Historic Restoration

What you'll do

• Perform carpentry, restoration, and general construction work
• assist with demolition, framing, finish work, masonry repair, window restoration, plaster work, and roofing
• lead and supervise crews and subcontractors
• assign tasks and mentor crew members
• coordinate with project managers and superintendents
• interpret blueprints and specifications
• monitor progress and timelines
• inspect work for quality and safety
• enforce OSHA and company safety policies
• conduct safety checks and toolbox talks
• manage tools, equipment, and materials.
