What you'll do

• Coordinate meetings, retreats, events, venues, food, travel, setup, and cleanup
• collect vendor quotes
• support event budgets, expenses, and bills
• maintain Fresno and Sacramento offices, supplies, equipment, and safety readiness
• manage mail and packages
• support office policies and OSHA compliance
• track technology inventory and coordinate external IT support
• process professional development requests
• support culture, wellness, fundraising, and grant deliverables.
